Announcements and New Information:

2015 Annual Meeting/Spring Meetings Set

With the changes to the VCA State Convention, BCIA will continue to utilize their upcoming Spring Meetings as a forum to have our annual meeting. One meeting will be evening of May 21 in Orange, and the second will be May 27 in Wytheville. As in past these meeting will provide for open discussion of the BCIA bull development program and serve as planning session for upcoming tests and sales. This year we will also have annual meetings to review BCIA finances and elect new board members. We hope you can join us.

Details concerning planning meetings we have scheduled for consignors and all BICA members are as follows:

Southwest Tests & Sale Meeting: Wednesday, May 27, 7:00 PM We will meet at the Wytheville Golf Club (1325 W. Lee Highway, Wytheville). We will meet over dinner.

Culpeper Test & Sale Meeting: Thursday, May 21, 7:00 PM - The meeting will be held at the Silk Mill Grille located in Orange (traveling North on Rt. 15 from center of Orange, turn right on Woodmark Street, just past GM dealer and across from KFC). We will meet over dinner.

At each meeting, all aspects of the test and sale program will be discussed in order to make recommended changes for next year. Recommendations from these two planning meetings will be forwarded to the BCIA Board of Directors for final consideration.
